Dr. James Cima has been caring for patients since 1980. After experiencing years of back pain as a teenager, he discovered chiropractic care and went on to make health his life's work. His approach today is built around what he calls the triune of health: the chemical, physical, and mental/emotional sides of well-being. What began in 1980 has grown into a multidisciplinary functional medicine practice shaped by one central idea: health involves your chemistry, your physical body, and your mental and emotional well-being. Over the years, the practice has expanded to bring more of those pieces together under one roof.

Today, Dr. Cima practices alongside his son, Dr. James Paul Cima, and his daughter, Dr. Natalie DeJesse, who leads pediatric care. That family connection helps set the tone for the office. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and personal, with a team that wants patients to feel known rather than processed through an appointment.
